I like to deliver my courses to a small class size to make them personal and give everyone the attention you deserve. More so, it really gives you a chance to connect with other expectant parents and birth partners which can be a real life line of connection and support once your babies are here.

You will receive:

​

• 8 hours of Hypnobirthing course in person. 

• A client manual 

• 4 Hypnobirthing MP3s

• Hypnobirthing affirmations 

• Access to me and support throughout your pregnancy and up until the birth should you have any questions or need any reassurance.

• Goodie bag of free gifts

This course is delivered over 4 weeks, 2 hours per week, a total of 8 hours. 

We meet up weekly either on Thursdays evening 7.30pm - 9.30pm or a weekend slot to be confirmed.

The total cost is £250 per couple.
